Electrical installation has been one of ISASTUR’s main activities since its founding in 1978. The services typically provided by the Group’s various companies include:
- Supply of equipment, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems in industrial settings, including low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems.
- Detailed engineering for construction projects: for medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems in all types of industries.

- High-voltage installations:
- GIS and AIS substations at all voltage levels up to 800 kV, including all components: transformers, high-voltage switchgear, panels and auxiliary systems, cabling, busbars, structures, auxiliary materials, etc. ISASTUR is a leading contractor for Red Eléctrica de España in the design and construction of transmission substations. It has also built substations for transmission and distribution utilities in countries such as Algeria, Morocco, Chile, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Furthermore, it has extensive experience working with private clients on the design and construction of substations for renewable energy projects, power generation plants, and industrial facilities.
- Power lines—both overhead and underground—for low, medium, and high voltage up to 400 kV. ISASTUR has worked with leading national and international power operators, carrying out projects in Europe, the Americas, and Africa.
