ISASTUR has implemented a code of conduct to ensure that all the people who work on our behalf behave in an ethically responsible manner. It states our commitment to perform our activities in compliance with the law, comprehensively, and respecting human rights and the environment.

Inquiries
Any questions, inquiries, suggestions, and/or complaints related to our code of conduct—whether from members of our organization or from our collaborators—should be submitted via email to or by regular mail addressed to the Compliance Committee at the following postal address: ISASTUR SA, Calle Peña Santa, 63 (Silvota Industrial Park) - 33192 Llanera (Asturias). This email address is not ISASTUR's whistleblowing channel, but rather a channel for inquiries regarding the code of ethics.
Whistleblowing Channel
The ISASTUR whistleblowing channel is a tool that allows individuals to confidentially report alleged conduct falling within its scope of application: reports or irregularities regarding actions or omissions that may constitute violations in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption.
It is intended to prevent regulatory violations and correct those that are detected. It is not a channel for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., unrelated to regulatory compliance.
ISASTUR trusts that this channel will always be used in good faith. Furthermore, it strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises or helps address a legitimate report.
Thus, the handling of all reports submitted through the Reporting Channel will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, the prohibition of retaliation against reports made in good faith, and the presumption of innocence of the accused, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Whistleblower Channel Management Procedure, which you may consult, as well as access the Whistleblower Channel via the following link:
