Whistleblowing Channel
The ISASTUR whistleblowing channel is a tool that allows individuals to confidentially report alleged conduct falling within its scope of application: reports or irregularities regarding actions or omissions that may constitute violations in accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption.
It is intended to prevent regulatory violations and correct those that are detected. It is not a channel for requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., unrelated to regulatory compliance.
ISASTUR trusts that this channel will always be used in good faith. Furthermore, it strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises or helps address a legitimate report.
Thus, the handling of all reports submitted through the Reporting Channel will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data, information security, the prohibition of retaliation against reports made in good faith, and the presumption of innocence of the accused, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Whistleblower Channel Management Procedure, which you may consult, as well as access the Whistleblower Channel via the following link:
