The request must be duly signed by you, include your full name and address and indicate the rights you wish to exercise. A photocopy of the data subject’s Id. Card must be attached.
Equally, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider the data protection legislation has been infringed when processing your personal data.
