Organization and Management of Occupational Risk Prevention

2. Occupational Risk Prevention Policy

We possess an Integrated Management System that regulates all matters related to Occupational Risk Management, Quality and the Environment in our Firm and within this system, the organisation’s Management has developed an Integrated Management Policy.

We have identified the occupational risks derived from our activities; this provides us with a guide to be able to establish coherent goals by means of this Policy and to develop a management programme to achieve these goals.

The ultimate goal of the ISASTUR Group in questions of risk prevention is to preserve the physical, mental and social integrity of all the people in the organisation; this, of course, also includes the aim of avoiding all accidents at work and diseases or pathologies occasioned by work.

The Policy established by Management to achieve this goal will serve as a set of guidelines for all the members of the ISASTUR Group in all the activities that they carry out or request. The two most important guidelines in the Firm’s Occupational Risk Prevention Policy are the following:

Effective protection of employees against occupational hazards takes priority over any other consideration and hence we shall always identify hazards and assess the risks associated with all our activities, seeking always to reduce said risks and we shall penalise in accordance with the regulations in force any incompliance with safety instructions and standards, without exception or attenuating circumstances for reasons of productivity, job urgency or costs .

As regards our suppliers and sub-contractors, we demand behaviour in consonance with our principles of quality, risk prevention and the environment.
