9. Obligations of Workers & Management
Depending on their training and in fulfilment of their employer’s instructions, workers should:
- Properly use and take care of PPE.
- Put PPE in an appropriate place after use.
- Immediately inform their direct immediate superior of any anomaly or damage to PPE.
Management is to ensure that workers have the necessary PPE at their disposal and is to demand its use without exception.
